شرایط همکاری:


الف - شرایط عمومی فرصت شغلی و متقاضی

حقوق و دستمزد: بین 5 تا 12 هزار رینگت (بستگی به نوع شغل و سالهای تجربه) برای هر شغل جداگانه قید شده است.
ویزا: انجام مراحل ویزا برعهده موسسه میباشد
جنسیت: اهمیت ندارد مگر قید شود.
وضعیت تاهل: اهمیت ندارد مگر قید شود.
سن: 26 تا 46 سال سن
وضعیت زبان انگلیسی: حد اقل آیلتس یا معادل آیلتس نمره 5 عمومی.
حد اقل مدت قرارداد: 6 ماه و حد اکثر 2 سال
حد اقل سابقه کاری: در بیشتر مشاغل 3 سال میباشد. (بعضی مشاغل 1 سال) در لیست مشاغل برای هر شغل جداگانه ذکر شده است
بیمه بهداشتی: متقاضی فقط در پایان دوره آزمایشی بیمه خواهد شد. که این دوره بین 3 تا 6 ماه می باشد. تا زمان اخذ بیمه کاری متقاضی می بایست بیمه مسافرتی 6 ماهه به هزینه خود از بیمه های بین المللی ایران خریداری نماید.
بازنشستگی: پس از پایان دوره آزمایشی کارفرما موظف است حسابی به نام حساب ( ای پی اف) نزد اداره بازنشستگی مالزی برای متقاضی باز کند و مبلغی معادل 5 % حقوق متقاضی را به آن واریز نماید. پرداخت این مبلغ بر عهده کارفرما می باشد و از حقوق متقاضی کسر نمی شود.
متقاضی همچنین میتواند با ثبت نام در بانک اطلاعاتی ایرانیان شاغل در خارج از کشور ضمن اخذ کارت اشتغال درخارج از کشور از مزایای آن بهرمند شده و از حق بیمه خود اشتغالی بیمه تامین اجتماعی نیز استفاده نمایند.
مسکن : پیدا کردن مسکن و آپارتمان مناسب و یا حتی استودیو و سوییت در مالزی کار بسیار آسانیست . اجاره یک آپارتمان 3 خوابه در مجتمع های معمولی تا خوب معمولا بین 1300 تا 1500 رینگت است. البته اکثر کارمندان مجرد در مالری خانه ای را بین 2 تا 3 نفر به صورت اشتراکی استفاده مینمایند تا هزینه هایشان کاهش یابد

متقاضیان میتوانند جهت تسریع و رفاه بیشتر از خدمات اسکان موسسه بهرمند گردند.
مالیات: 11 % حقوق دریافتی که در صورت پرداخت یکجا وسالانه به 5 % کاهش پیدا خواهد کرد و برعهده متقاضی می باشد.
هزینه های خورد و خوراک بصورت متوسط (برای یک خانواده 3 نفره): از 1500 رینگت در ماه محاسبه میگردد
ایاب و ذهاب: تقریبا تمام نقاط مهم شهری در مالزی توسط ترن های هوایی و مترو به یکدیگر متصل هستند و اتوبوس و تاکسی هم همه جا موجود می باشد و از این بابت ابدا جایی برای نگرانی نیست.در عین حال پیشنهاد می شود متقاضی در نزدیکی محل کار خود مسکن تهیه نماید همچنین در صورت تمایل موسسه امکان ارائه اتوموبیل بصورت اجاره روزانه و یا فروش اقساطی اتوموبیل در مالزی را دارد.
گواهینامه ایران در صورت ترجمه رسمی قابل تبدیل به گواهینامه مالزی می باشد.

ب- روش اقدام

1. متقاضی فرم درخواست زیر را تکمیل و ارسال مینماید
2. موسسه فرم درخواست را در فرمت وورد به آدرس الکترونیکی (ایمیل ) متقاضی ارسال مینماید
3. متقاضی طی 72 ساعت جهت ارائه فرم تکیمل شده به موسسه، ثبت نهایی درخواست و دریافت لیست مدارک لازم به موسسه مراجعه مینماید
4. موسسه طی 72 ساعت کاری رزومه را بررسی و واجدین شرایط را به کارشناسان تامین نیروی انسانی کارفرما معرفی مینماید
5. کارشناسان تامین نیروی انسانی کارفرما طی 10 روز کاری متقاضیان منتخب را به موسسه اعلام مینمایند
6. موسسه جهت اقدامات آتی از متقاضی دعوت بعمل می آورد
توجه نمایید:
- فقط فرمت رزومه ارسالی قابل بررسی میباشد و از پذیرش رزومه به زبان فارسی یا در فرمتهای متفرقه معذوریم
- بدیهی است در شرایط یکسان متقاضی که زودتر درخواست خود را ثبت نموده باشد در الویت بررسی می باشد
- در صورت عدم قبولی متقاضی در یک فرصت شغلی متقاضی میتواند درخواست خود را برای فرصتی دیگر ثبت نماید همچنین موسسه نیز درصورت امکان ممکن است مستقیما متقاضی را برای فرصت شغلی دیگری کاندید نماید اما جهت تسریع امور اقدام مستقیم متقاضی پیشنهاد میگردد.
- متقاضی در طی مراحل اجرا دارای یک مصاحبه اسکایپی با کارفرما یا کارشناسان مورد تایید وی به زبان انگلیسی و با هماهنگی موسسه خواهد بود
- فرم درخواستی تکمیل شده صرفا در فرمت وورد و بصورت الکترونیکی(روی سی دی یا از طریق فلش) از متقاضی دریافت میگردد.
- تایید صحت اطلاعات ارائه شده متقاضی
با توجه به اینکه بسیاری از متخصصین کامپیوتر بدون بیمه مشغول به فعالیت می باشند ارئه سند بیمه برای تضمین سوابق کاری الزامی نیست و پیرو توافقات انجام شده مسئولیت تایید صحت اطلاعات (سوابق کاری ،مدرک تحصیلی و ...) متقاضی بر عهده موسسه میباشد ولذا پس از عقد قرارداد در صورتی که مشخص شود متقاضی هرگونه اطلاعات خلاف واقع به موسسه ارائه نموده است در جهت حفاظت از حقوق نیروی کار ایرانی در عرصه بین المللی، موسسه ضمن اقدام قانونی از متقاضی شکایت خواهد نمود و کلیه زیان و هزینه های مربوطه برعهده متقاضی میباشد.

- سطح زبان
ارائه مدرک زبان انگلیسی بسته به درخواست کارفرما میباشد اما در اغلب مشاغل ارائه مدرک زبان الزامی نیست اما متقاضی موظف است
در حد آیلتس 5 (متوسط) بر چهار مهارت گفتار،نوشتار، شنیداری و خواندن تسلط داشته باشد و در مصاحبه به زبان انگلیسی شرکت نماید

پ- هزینه ها و زمان پرداخت

- متقاضیان موظف هستند یک ماه حقوق خود را بعنوان حق العمل کاریابی به موسسه پرداخت نمایند، بدیهی است هزینه های متفرقه اجرایی، اخذ ویزا، سفارت ترجمه مدارک تهیه بلیط هواپیما، خدمات اسکان در مالزی، و تهیه مسکن در مالزی برعهده متقاضی است.
• متقاضیان می توانند جهت استفاده از خدمات : ملاقات درفرودگاه، اسکان موقت، تهیه مسکن دائم ، استفاده از تور آشنایی شهری، ثبت نام فرزندانو غیره از پکیج خدمات اسکان موسسه در کولالامپوراستفاده نمایند جهت کسب اطلاعات بیشتر با موسسه تماس بگیرید
- پس از تایید رزومه توسط کارفرما، از متقاضی جهت ارائه مدارک ثابت کننده رزومه (مدارک تحصیلی و سوابق کار) و عقد قرارداد دعوت بعمل می آید و متقاضی موظف است طی 72 ساعت از دعوت موسسه همراه با کلیه مدارک لازم در محل موسسه حاضر گردد.
- پانصد هزار تومان از حق العمل موسسه در زمان عقد قرارداد و الباقی پس از اخذ ویزا دریافت میگردد و بدیهی است در صورت عدم قبولی متقاضی مبلغ پیش پرداخت و کلیه اسناد اخذ شده (طی 48 ساعت از زمان اعلام عدم تمایل قطعی کارفرما) به متقاضی عودت میگردد.
- متقاضی موظف است جهت تضمین حسن انجام کار خود در حین خدمت، سفته ای با ضمانت یکی از وابستگان معتبر خود به مبلغی برابر با 3 ماه حقوق دریافتی در روز عقد قرارداد به موسسه ارائه دهد که این سفته پس از گذر 6 ماه از آغاز به کار متقاضی در کشور مالزی و تایید کارفرما بر صلاحیت اخلاقی و حرفه ای وی توسط موسسه، به ایشان عودت داده خواهد شد.
جدول فرصت های شغلی:
این جدول بصورت هفتگی یا هر 15 روز یکبار بروز میگردد (و ممکن است فرصتهای مرتبط ولی غیر کامپیوتری ویژه همسر متقاضی نیز معرفی گردد) اما لازم بذکر است که موسسه هیچ ضمانتی در ارتباط با اشتغال همسر متقاضی ندارد

•   In depth knowledge of Financial Management controls and key financial business fundamentals of Managed Services overall
